August 31
14:31 2015

rupeeNew Delhi, Monday, August 31 – The rise and fall trend is probable to continue this week as well as like earlier.

The domestic currency toppled by 16 paise to hit at 66.30 in opposition to the Greenback during the deal observed in the early hours today. The consecutive drop has taken the masses by surprise.

According to the Forex traders, “a lower start of the local stock market weighed on rupee, however fragility of the US unit against other currencies put a ceiling on the losses”.

Here is to mention that the Indian unit had fallen by 10 paise to end at 66.14 in opposition to the dollar in the session witnessed late last week.

In the intervening time, the BSE 30 was dealing down by 147.29 points at 26,245.09 in the trade observed in morning deals.
